Zuku TV Services Launched in Tanzania

Tanzania becomes the third country Zuku after the September launch in Uganda and August launch in Kenya. Zuku provides great premium entertainment at affordable rates.

Zuku offers over 60 channels of Wananchi Group. Zuku offers different packages for Tanzania as well and it will cost almost Tsh 62,000 (US $38) to get Zuku premium in Tanzania and Ush 30,000 (US $12) in Uganda as opposed to Ksh 1,999 (US $22) in Kenya. It is not clear why Zuku used this pricing strategy.

Zuku TV airs a wide selection of entertainment channels covering news, sports, movies, documentaries and music. These include BBC, MTV Base, Setanta Sports, MGM Movies and E among many more.

Zuku TV is expected provide numerous employment and business opportunities to Tanzanians through its distribution network.
